What are the defects?
The lower main frame tube may be defective and could crack. It the lower main frame tube cracks it can result in failure of the secondary upper cab frame.

What are the hazards?
If the upper cab frame fails when operating the vehicle, it can increase the risk of injury or crash.

What should consumers do?
Consumers should contact Polaris Industries Australia customer service on 03 9394 5610 to schedule an appointment to have the bulletin repairs performed.

Consumers should not attempt repairs. Repairs must be performed by an authorized Polaris GEM representative.
