Lidl Stores Recall Minced Meat From Bergmann.

Recall: Lidl urges minced meat freezers to check the date
Lidl retrieves a batch of bovine minced meat from Bergmann, which has been found to contain salmonella in control samples. The product has been sold at all Lidl stores in Finland during weeks 2 and 3. The drawback applies to a batch with the last use date on January 15, 2016 and the batch number 1901520.
Lidl will ask its customers who have purchased the minced meat in question and those who have frozen the product to return the item in question to the Lidl store where the product price will be refunded. Lidl regrets the extra effort for customers.
Salmonella is destroyed when heated to 70 degrees, and the infection is also prevented by good kitchen hygiene: in the processing of meat and vegetables, it is good to keep the tools separate and wash your hands when moving from one job to another.
