Capsules of cannabis oil and dried cannabis of Aurora brand
The outside box may be incorrectly labelled.
Boxes of product sold as “CBD caps” with the lot number 1102019000072 may mistakenly contain a bottle of “THC Sativa caps”.
Boxes of product sold as “Banana Split Hybrid” with the lot number 1104019000076 may mistakenly contain a bottle of “Blue Dream Sativa”.
The consumption of affected products may cause unexpected effects due to a greater quantity of THC.
All immediate container labels of the affected products correctly identify their bottle's contents.
To date, Aurora received three complaints related to the recalled lots. Aurora has received one adverse reaction report regarding the “CBD caps” product. Health Canada has not received any complaints related to the recalled lots.
Number sold
Approximately 2,180 units of recalled product were sold.
Time period sold
Between December 14th, 2018 and January 28th, 2019.
