This recall involves the Kool-It® Evaporator & Heater Foam Cleaner packaged in a 170g / 6 oz container with part number 96030 and UPC number 083137960300.
Hazard identified
The recalled product does not have proper consumer chemical hazard labelling as required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
Improper labelling could result in unintentional exposure to these products and lead to serious illness, injury or death.
As of December 3, 2018, the company has received 1 report of incident related to the use of this product, and no reports of injuries.

Approximately 492 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

The affected products were sold from May 2017 to October 2018.
