Consequence: IF THE FAILED FASTENERS ARE NOT REPAIRED OTHER COMPONENTS WILL EVENTUALLY BE DAMAGED AND MAY ALLOW THE PLATFORM TO ROTATE, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN PERSONAL INJURY. | ||||||||||||||
