Summary:
 TEREX TELELECT IS RECALLING 60 TCP40 SERIES AERIAL DEVICES BUILT IN 2007. THE BOLTS THAT ATTACH THE BOOM TIP BRACKET TO THE THIRD BOOM CAN LOOSEN AND BREAK.
Consequence:
 IF THE FAILED FASTENERS ARE NOT REPAIRED OTHER COMPONENTS WILL EVENTUALLY BE DAMAGED AND MAY ALLOW THE PLATFORM TO ROTATE, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN PERSONAL INJURY.
Remedy:
 TEREX WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND PROVIDE A REMEDY FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN DURING JULY 2008. OWNERS MAY CONTACT TEREX UTILITIES WARRANTY DEPARTMENT BY CALLING 1-605-882-4000.
