Evenflo Recalls Top-of-Stair Plus Wood Gates Due to Fall Hazard

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, Evenflo Co. Inc. of Miamisburg, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about 150,000 (in the United States) and 33,000 (in Canada) Evenflo Top-of-Stair™ Plus Wood Gates. The slats on the gate can break or detach, posing a fall hazard to children.
